Recibido Por El Ministerio De Obras Públicas El Expediente Sobre Cancelación De Una Matrícula, Se Fijará El Asunto En Listas Por El Término De Diez (10) Días, Dentro Del Cual El Interesado Podrá Presentar Las Alegaciones Y Comprobaciones Que Estime Pertinentes

Recibido por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas el expediente sobre cancelación de una matrícula, se fijará el asunto en listas por el término de diez (10) días, dentro del cual el interesado podrá presentar las alegaciones y comprobaciones que estime pertinentes.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Obras Públicas podrá, antes de resolver sobre la cancelación de la matrícula, por medio de un auto para mejor proveer, exigir del interesado la presentación de las pruebas que estime conducentes u ordenar la práctica de las que sean necesarias dentro del mismo término.
