TENENCIA, FABRICACION, TRAFICO Y USO DE ARMAS O SUSTANCIAS TOXICAS. El que favorezca la realización de actos de terrorismo mediante la fabricación, adquisición, sustracción, almacenamiento, porte o suministro de armas de fuego, municiones u objetos explosivos, inflamables, asfixiantes, tóxicos o cualquier otro elemento químico, incurrirá en prisión de cinco (5) a diez (10) años y multa de cinco (5) a cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos mensuales, sin perjuicio de la pena contemplada para otros delitos que se pudieren cometer.
