Objeto. La presente sección define las responsabilidades de los hogares beneficiarios del Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda en Especie - SFVE que se otorgue en el marco del Programa de Vivienda Gratuita que se encuentra implementando el Gobierno Nacional, al igual que desarrolla el procedimiento para la revocatoria de la asignación del mencionado subsidio y para la restitución de la titularidad de la vivienda de interés prioritaria asignada en los términos de la Ley 1537 de 2012.
