ACTO DE CONVERSIÓN. El acto de conversión de una precooperativa en cooperativa requiere de la decisión adoptada por la junta de asociados con el voto favorable de las dos terceras (2/3) partes de los asociados; en la misma reunión se aprobarán los nuevos estatutos, se elegirán en propiedad los organismos de administración y vigilancia y se aprobarán los estados financieros del ejercicio que se liquida.
