Si la extensión de los bienes comunes lo exige puede el Juez, a petición de cualquiera de los comuneros, nombrar dos o más partidores, y asignarles la porción de trabajo que a cada uno de éstos corresponde hacer, o puede nombrar uno o más agrimensores adjuntos para los trabajos del levantamiento de planos y las mensuras.
