Los Consejos Regionales estarán integrados por representantes de las mismas entidades y organizaciones que conforman el Consejo Directivo Nacional, establecidos en la región, en igual proporción, designación y período.

Parágrafo 1

El Director Regional asistirá a las sesiones del Consejo Regional, con voz pero sin voto.

Parágrafo 2

. Ninguna de las personas naturales que integran el Consejo Directivo Regional podrá tener vinculación laboral o contractual alguna con el SENA.
