A partir del 1º de abril de 1979, limítase el aumento de la unidad de poder adquisitivo constante UPAC a un máximo de 19 por ciento anual. Las Corporaciones, en todos los documentos que expidan para el público expresarán las respectivas cantidades en UPAC, lo mismo que su correspondiente equivalencia, en moneda legal, a la fecha de expedición del respectivo documento.
