Art. 43. Los funcionarios, empleados ó Corporaciones públicos que dejen de cumplir el deber que se les impone en el artículo 32 de la presente Ley, incurrirán en una multa de un peso por cada estampilla que dejen de anular, multa que impondrá el respectivo superior. Se hace extensiva á los empleados de que trata este artículo la disposición de que trata el artículo anterior.
