Cuando un Juzgado de Instrucción Criminal deba ausentarse del lugar de su residencia, el Ministerio de Gobierno, por conducto de las Administraciones o Recaudaciones de Hacienda Nacional, girará los viáticos a razón de $ 5.00 para el Juez y $ 4.00 para el Secretario. Los gastos de transporte se liquidarán y pagarán por separado.
