Art. 10. La investigación sumaria de policía tendrá carácter reservado hasta que el Agente de Policía Judicial señale día para audiencia; solamente podrán intervenir en aquélla el Funcionario de instrucción, su Secretario y el Agente respectivo del Ministerio Público. La audiencia se verificará dentro de cinco días después de transcurrido el término de que trata el artículo 2° de este Decreto.
