El Gobierno pedirá al Exterior con imputación al Presupuesto de gastos de la vigencia, en curso, un puente de hierro, que hará colocar, en la vía de que se trata en el sitio de Guava entre Soracá y Ramiriquí, al cual se dará el nombre del presidente de la República a quien corresponda, decretar la iniciación de los trabajos en dicho puente.
