º. Los funcionarios a que se refieren los artículos 5º y 6º del presente decreto tendrán derecho a una prima especial mensual, sin carácter salarial, equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) de la asignación básica y los gastos de representación y sustituye la prima de que trata el artículo 7º del Decreto 903 de 1992.
