Las entidades con derecho a postular candidatos para la integración del Consejo Directivo y de las Juntas Directivas de las Cajas Seccionales, deberán presentar las respectivas ternas ante el Presidente de la República y el Consejo Directivo dentro del término de diez (10) días contados a partir de la fecha del presente Decreto. Si dentro de dicho término las entidades mencionadas no hicieren uso de aquel derecho, el Presidente de la República y el Consejo Directivo harán las designaciones correspondientes en personas pertenecientes a una cualquiera de dichas entidades.
