El Ministerio de Higiene reglamentará esta Ley y entre otras reglamentarias dictará, de acuerdo con la Junta de que trata esta Ley, las medidas de control sobre dotación o equipos de elementos y sustancias, la existencia y actividad de antígenos aplicables en reacciones y diagnosis.
