Sanción mínima . El valor mínimo de cualquier sanción, incluidas las sanciones reducidas, ya sea que la liquide el infractor o la autoridad aduanera será equivalente a la suma de diez Unidades de Valor Tributario (10 UVT). Lo dispuesto en el primer inciso del presente artículo no será aplicable a los valores liquidados por intereses de mora.
