Los establecimientos públicos, Institutos Descentralizados y demás entidades de derecho público, del orden nacional, con patrimonio propio y cuyos empleados sean afiliados forzosos de la Caja Nacional de Previsión, están obligados a partir de la vigencia en curso, a contribuir con un tres por ciento (3%) del valor de sus respectivos presupuestos, con destino a dicha entidad, por concepto de cuota patronal.
