Los contratos del Club serán adjudicados y celebrados por el Director y se someten a las normas señaladas en las disposiciones vigentes para los de la Nación. La aprobación y registro presupuestal de los contratos del Club se hará por la Unidad encargada de verificar y controlar la ejecución presupuestal. En los contratos del Club se pactarán las mismas cláusulas que la Ley exige para los de la Nación.
