Son, respectivamente, Visitadores de las oficinas de Hacienda nacional, situadas dentro del territorio de su jurisdicción, ó dependientes de las suyas, el Gobernador del Departamento, el Secretario de Hacienda, los Prefectos provinciales, los Alcaldes de distrito, el Administrador seccional de Hacienda del Departamento y los Administradores de circuito.
