Decreto 3381 de 1981 · Por el cual se regulan las actividades de los Fondos de Empleados como personas jurídicas que manejan ahorro privado

El Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas ordenará la convocatoria de Asamblea Extraordinaria o la convocará directamente cuando no exista posibilidad de hacerlo por el Fondo de Empleados, en los siguientes casos

Cuando se hubieren cometido irregularidades graves que deban ser conocidas y subsanadas por la Asamblea, y

Cuando la Junta Directiva no hubiere atendido la solicitud a que se refiere el artículo anterior en el término de quince (15) días hábiles, contados a partir de la fecha de solicitud.
