Adiciónese el siguiente parágrafo al artículo 6° de la Ley 1537 de 2012:

“Parágrafo 5°. En la convocatoria para el desarrollo de proyectos de vivienda de interés prioritario en zonas o departamentos de difícil acceso, se exigirá como mínimo dos años y medio (2,5) como experiencia específica en ejecución de proyectos de vivienda”.
