Carácter docente. Tienen carácter docente y en consecuencia deben ser provistos con educadores escalafonados, los cargos directivos que se señalan a continuación, o los que tengan funciones equivalentes

a)

Director de escuela o concentración escolar;

b)

Coordinador o prefecto de establecimiento;

c)

Rector de plantel e enseñanza básica secundaria o media;

d)

Jefe o director de núcleo educativo o de agrupación de establecimientos ;

e)

Supervisor o inspector de educación.
