Cada representante legal del ente territorial deberá en coordinación con las autoridades militares y de policía de su jurisdicción, presentar un informe semestralmente al Consejo Superior de Política Criminal y Penitenciaria sobre las actividades delincuenciales, modalidad de delitos y factores que influyen en el aumento o disminución de la criminalidad.
