Con una periodicidad no inferior a quince (15) minutos, ni superior a sesenta (60), las estaciones de radiodifusión sonora en frecuencia modulada (FM), deberán identificarse con el nombre y el distintivo que les ha sido autorizada por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, sin que para ello se interrumpa el desarrollo de la programación.
