El Ingeniero Jefe del Ferrocarril del Pacifico entregará, en nombre de la Nación, al templo de Santa Rosa la zona cedida por esta Ley, por conducto del Ordinario de la Diócesis de Cali, previa la medida correspondiente de la zona y la formación del plano relativa a ella, del cual hará el Ingeniero dos ejemplares, uno para remitirlo al Concejo Municipal de Cali, y otro para entregarlo al Ordinario de la Diócesis de la misma ciudad.
