La habilitación en una o más materias en el Curso de Estado Mayor no se tendrá en cuenta para los efectos del artículo 50 de este Decreto. En consecuencia, el Oficial que tuviere que habilitar una o más materias no tendrá derecho a diplomarse corno Oficial de Estado Mayor.
