Artículo primero : Aplázase hasta el 10 de septiembre de 1982 la obligatoriedad de presentar la primera autoliquidación de aportes bajo el sistema "ALA", en el Instituto de Seguros Sociales, cuyo período debe comprender los salarios pagados durante el mes de agosto de 1982.

Parágrafo

Los patronos que así lo deseen podrán ingresar al sistema "ALA" antes de esta fecha.
