Función social. Las entidades que prestan el servicio público domiciliario de aseo deben cumplir con las obligaciones de la función social y ecológica de la propiedad, sea esta pública o privada, sin abuso de la posición dominante, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 11 y 133 de la ley 142 de 1994.
