Únicamente para esta norma excepcional subrogarse los artículos 227 y 277 del Código del Trabajo.

Parágrafo

Si el trabajador no se sometiere estrictamente al tratamiento preescrito para su tuberculosis por el medico o entidad designados por el patrono o empresa, cesa ipso facto para estos la obligación establecida en este articulo.
