No serán admisibles como pruebas para demostrar el derecho a una pensión:

Las declaraciones o certificaciones en que se hable en jeneral de servicios prestados por el individuo que se ha hecho acreedor a la pensión, sin espresar de una manera precisa, clara i detallada cuáles fueron estos servicios.

2.° Las informaciones de testigos que se hayan practicado sin la presencia del respectivo Ajente del Ministerio público.
