A fin de evitar superávits ficticios, para efectos de los balances de meses intermedios del año fiscal, las liquidaciones privadas del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios, mientras se hace la liquidación definitiva, las incorporará la Dirección General del Presupuesto, por duodécimas partes, correspondientes al mes del respectivo balance. Esto no impedirá que el Director General del Presupuesto registre en Cuentas de Orden el monto total de las liquidaciones privadas.
