Decreto 71 de 2002 · por el cual se dictan normas sobre cuantías mínimas de patrimonio que deberán mantener y acreditar los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada ante la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada.

º . Cumplimiento . Los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada, enunciados en el artículo 1º deberán presentar a la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada a más tardar el 30 de abril de cada año, los estados financieros consolidados a 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior.

Parágrafo 1

Para efectos de controlar la relación mínima de patrimonio se deberá enviar además de los estados financieros básicos (balance general consolidado, estado de resultados y notas a los estados financieros), el estado de cambio en la situación patrimonial comparada con el año inmediatamente anterior de aquel que se informa.
