Características. El seguro de vida colectivo tendrá como finalidad amparar al personal operativo vinculado a los prestadores de servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada obligados, registrado ante la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada y acreditado por esta, el cual tendrá las siguientes características: Es un seguro obligatorio, colectivo, contratado anualmente, expedido bajo la Modalidad No' Contributiva, su Beneficiario será a título gratuito, el riesgo empezará a correr por cuenta del Asegurador a la hora veinticuatro (24) del día en que se perfeccione el contrato respectivo y cubrirá al asegurado durante las veinticuatro (24) horas del día.
