NINGÚN DOCUMENTO DEBERÁ SER TENIDO COMO PRUEBA MIENTRAS NO SE PAGUE EL IMPUESTO DE TIMBRE. Ningún documento o actuación sujeto al impuesto de timbre podrá ser admitido por funcionarios oficiales ni tenido como prueba mientras no se pague el impuesto, las sanciones y los intereses de acuerdo con el artículo 535.

Artículo 540. NINGÚN DOCUMENTO DEBERÁ SER TENIDO COMO PRUEBA MIENTRAS NO SE PAGUE EL IMPUESTO DE TIMBRE. Ningún documento o actuación sujeto al impuesto de timbre podrá ser admitido por funcionarios oficiales ni tenido como prueba mientras no se pague el impuesto, las sanciones y los intereses de acuerdo con el artículo 535.
