°. Distribución de los empleos. El Director del Departamento Administrativo - Dirección Nacional de Inteligencia, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo 1º del presente decreto mediante acto administrativo y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la estructura, las necesidades del servicio, los planes y programas trazados por la entidad.
