El Comandante de un cuerpo de tropas o de una Base, o el Capitán de un buque de guerra que reciba parte de que un soldado, o marinero, bajo su mando, abandonó el servicio de las Fuerzas Militares, ordenará que se inicie la investigación correspondiente, nombrando en el mismo acto, al oficial que ha de ejercer las funciones del fiscal.
