° Abrénse al poder Ejecutivo, con imputación a los capítulos y artículos del Presupuesto que en seguida se expresan, los siguientes créditos adicionales:

Cámara del Senado

Artículo 1°

Artículo 3. Los empleados subalternos de las Cámaras de que trata la presente Ley no podrán funcionar fuéra de los plazos fijados por la ley, ni el trabajo que ejecuten fuéra de ellos les dará derecho a remuneración alguna, no obstante cualesquiera resoluciones o disposiciones en contrario, que no sean de carácter legal.
