Al que mediante sugestiones hipnóticas o valiéndose de sustancias alcohólicas, drogas narcóticas o cualquier otro medio semejante, coloque indebidamente a una persona en incapacidad de entender o de querer, se le impondrá arresto de uno a seis meses.
