Banco de prácticas . La Contraloría General de la República conformará un banco de prácticas de gestión fiscal, integrado por datos e información sobre malas y buenas prácticas, el cual será utilizado para evaluar la gestión y los resultados individuales o agregados de los sujetos de control. El Contralor General de la República expedirá las normas de armonización y estandarización para la aplicación del banco de prácticas en el control fiscal territorial con el apoyo del Consejo Nacional del Sinacof.
