Los Magistrados del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura tomarán posesión de sus cargos ante el Presidente de la República y permanecerán en el ejercicio de aquellos por todo el tiempo para el cual fueron elegidos, mientras observen buena conducta y no hayan llegado a la edad de retiro forzoso.
