º Mientras subsista el actual estado de sitio, se suspenderá la personería jurídica hasta por el término de un año a los sindicatos, federaciones o confederaciones sindicales que ordenen, organicen, dirijan, promuevan, fomenten, apoyen o estimulen en cualquier forma, al margen de la ley, el cese total o parcial, continuo o escalonado, de las actividades normales de carácter laboral o de cualquier otro orden. En la providencia que imponga la sanción prevista en este artículo, se ordenará la congelación de los fondos que la respectiva organización sindical posea en cualquier institución financiera.
