º. Delegación de funciones en otros organismos . La Junta Directiva del Instituto, con el voto favorable del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su representante y la aprobación del Gobierno cuando así lo dispusieren las respectivas normas legales o reglamentarias, podrá delegar en otras entidades públicas el cumplimiento de algunas de sus funciones. La entidad delegataria se someterá a los requisitos y formalidades prescritos para el ejercicio de las funciones delegadas. El Instituto podrá respetando las estipulaciones contractuales correspondientes, si fuere el caso, reasumir las funciones que hubiere delegado. CAPITULO II Organos de dirección y administración.
