Procedimiento. El Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) o quien este delegue establecerá el procedimiento para la conformación y selección de los mejores equipos de trabajo y los criterios a seguir para dirimir los empates, con sujeción a lo señalado en el presente decreto.
