Sustentación Del Nuevo Plan

º Sustentación del nuevo plan. Las loterías establecerán y justificarán el número de billetes y fracciones que comprenda la emisión teniendo en cuenta los factores y criterios señalados en el numeral 3 del artículo 3º del Decreto 2127 de 1989 precisando que el porcentaje de ventas, registrado en el año inmediatamente anterior no sea inferior al 75%.

Parágrafo

La factibilidad financiera, comercial y de ventas del plan se acreditará según lo indicado en el

del artículo 3º del mismo Decreto a que se refiere el presente artículo.
