El Banco hará también prestamos sobre inmuebles urbanos siempre que el dinero prestado se destine a la agricultura o a la ganadería, para lo cual exigirá la declaración del prestatario en el respectivo contrato. La tasación del inmueble se hará por un perito nombrado por el Banco.
