Contralor General, el Auditor General, o cualquier otro funcionario del Departamento de Contraloría, debidamente autorizado para tal efecto por el Contralor General, tendrán autoridad para citar testigos, tomar juramentos y recibir declaraciones en cualquier investigación referente a asuntos que sean de la competencia del Contralor General.

Parágrafo

El Contralor General y los demás funcionarios de que habla este artículo, podrán usar de los apremios fijados en el artículo 334 de la Ley 105 de 1890 .
