° Reunión de junta. Las juntas directivas de las sociedades comisionistas y sociedades calificadoras de riesgo deberán reunirse en forma ordinaria con una periodicidad no inferior a un mes, para lo cual deberán efectuar los correspondientes ajustes a sus estatutos.
