ARTICULO 2.1.1.4.26 . LIMITES DE INVERSION. Las inversiones de los fondos de pensiones de jubilación e invalidez están sujetas a los siguientes límites

a)

No se podrá invertir más del diez por ciento (10 %) del activo total del fondo en acciones de una sola sociedad;

b)

No se podrá invertir más del diez por ciento (10%) del activo total del fondo en valores diferentes a acciones emitidas por una sola sociedad;

c)

No se podrá invertir en acciones o bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones de una sociedad que excedan el diez por ciento (10%) del número de acciones o el diez por ciento (10%) del número de bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en circulación, respectivamente, y

d)

No se podrá invertir en valores emitidos por sociedades que sean matrices y subordinadas unas de otras o subordinadas de la misma matriz, más del veinte por ciento (20%) del activo total del fondo.
