De la Junta Directiva. La Junta Directiva de las Empresas Sociales del Estado de los órdenes nacional y territorial, estarán integradas de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 195 de la Ley 100 de 1993, así: una tercera parte de sus miembros serán representantes del sector político administrativo, otra tercera parte representará al sector científico de la salud y la tercera parte restante será designada por la comunidad.

Parágrafo

La composición de la Junta Directiva de la Empresa Social del Estado Centro Dermatológico Federico Lleras Acosta, se regirá por lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1257 de 1994.
