ARTICULO 4 . LEGALIDAD. El personal uniformado, será investigado y sancionado disciplinariamente cuando incurra en las faltas establecidas en el presente decreto. Los estudiantes de las seccionales de formación del personal uniformado de la Policía Nacional, deberán regirse por el manual académico y disciplinario único expedido por el Director General de la Policía Nacional.
