Artículo primero . Créase en el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos, a partir de1° de junio del presente año, la Inspección de Petróleos de Yondó, cuyas funciones serán las de inspeccionar, vigilar y fiscalizar la producción de hidrocarburos, en la forma ya establecida por el Gobierno, tan pronto como se inicie la producción en dicho lugar.
